    Best product on the market today

    Price and product, this bidirectional scanner cannot be beat. This is coming from 29 years experience in the field. I am not being compensated by anyone for this review. I have you used over the years many different products from snap-on, the genesis, tech 3, OTC, Innova, and this is I believe the best on the market. The only thing that the manufacturer scanner has is that it can flash modules. Other than that I have diagnosed vehicles with this product that the competition could not provide either reading the dtcs or providing accurate and adequate information. Being bi-directional and with the maintenance features has provided me with 100% accuracy and ability to diagnose and repair a vehicle correctly the first time around. Spending hundreds upon hundreds of dollars more for something else that does not offer anything better is insane to say the least. Anyone giving less than a five-star review with this unfortunately does not understand how to accurately use it. Potentially the others spending again loads of money on with maybe fix assist maybe up there alley but again I've used stuff like that before and it is not always accurate.

    Horrible costumer service

    I struggled trying to use the software. It took a lot of time to be available. I bought it on March 14th and until now i could redeem the code. The costumer service was so unhelpful. One person never answer and the other one was condescending. Finally after his comments i could redeem the code but its unbelieveable that i had to wait almost a month to be able to use the software. And to add, the purchase process was unpleasant and slow. Which is a shame because the software is very well designed.
